Important: Free plugin → Free Edition pack. Premium plugin → Premium Edition pack. Download and install only your matching edition. Mixing GUI configurations or installing both packs can break the GUI.
Both bundles are included in the paid resource-pack purchase. “Free Edition” describes the plugin the pack is for, not a free resource-pack download.

MailboxGUI Resource Pack
Give your mailbox interface a dedicated visual style with custom icons for MailboxGUI’s configurable menus and mail displays.
Designed for MailboxGUI 6.1.0 Free and Premium. The resource pack is optional; MailboxGUI remains fully usable without it.
Setup
- Enable GUI customization in MailboxGUI’s
config.yml.
- Use a matching
gui.ymlconfiguration to assign the resource-pack icons.
- Run
/mba reloadto load the GUI configuration.
- Install the resource pack on your Minecraft client or distribute it through your server’s existing resource-pack system.
Player Appearance Settings
Where player resource-pack settings are available:
/mb settings resourcepack onenables configured custom appearances, including for manually installed client packs.
/mb settings resourcepack offuses MailboxGUI’s built-in icons.
/mb settings resourcepack autouses custom appearances after a server-delivered pack is confirmed loaded.
If the server requires automatic detection, manual appearance choices are unavailable. MailboxGUI does not send or force a resource pack itself.
Compatibility Notes
- Use the resource pack with its matching GUI configuration.
- Resource-pack compatibility depends on the Minecraft client version, independently of the plugin’s server compatibility.
- Modern item-model assets and older CustomModelData assets have different requirements.
- Automatic mode falls back to built-in icons when pack loading is unconfirmed or unsuccessful.
- The server cannot detect individual missing assets or manually installed client packs; forcing custom appearances requires the correct pack to be installed.
