Minecraft Mailbox Plugin for Spigot, Paper, and Purpur

MailboxGUI

MailboxGUI is an advanced mailbox plugin for Minecraft Spigot, Paper, and Purpur servers. It brings physical mailboxes, letters, packages, COD packages, money mail, post offices, admin tools, and flexible storage into one polished server mail system. It supports single-server setups and network access for Velocity-style or BungeeCord-style networks. Redis is required for network server mode.

Features

Core tools for server mail, delivery, economy, and administration.

Physical Mailboxes

Players can use in-world mailbox structures to access their mail. A physical mailbox is built with a fence post, a single chest or barrel on top, and a sign attached to the front face of the container.

Letters

Send written messages between players through the mailbox system, making player communication, roleplay, staff replies, and server notices easier to organize.

Packages

Send item deliveries through MailboxGUI using configurable package slots. Packages can hold normal items and, when enabled, package experience.

COD Packages

Cash-On-Demand packages let the recipient preview a delivery and pay before accepting it, making player shops, trades, and marketplace-style delivery easier to manage.

Money Mail

Send economy currency through the mailbox inbox system when Vault and a compatible economy plugin are enabled.

Post Offices

Create public Post Office boxes that let players access their own mailbox menu from shared server locations like towns, spawn, markets, banks, or mail rooms.

NPC Support

Use Citizens NPCs as Post Office access points so players can open their own mailbox menu through marked server NPCs.

Admin Tools

Staff can send server mail, inspect player inboxes, manage registered mailboxes, create Post Office access points, and use admin delivery workflows.

Storage Support

MailboxGUI supports YAML, SQLite, and MySQL storage, including safe upgrade handling for legacy YAML data and storage conversion tools.

5.0.0 Network Mode

5.0.0 adds optional network mode for Velocity-style or BungeeCord-style multi-backend networks using shared MySQL/MariaDB storage and Redis coordination while keeping single-server setups as the default.

Multi-version Support

Spigot, Paper, and Purpur compatible. Supports single-server setups and network access for Velocity-style or BungeeCord-style networks. Redis is required for network server mode.
