How Channel Access Works
Licensed support forums
Premium and resource-pack forums are publicly readable. A linked Discord account and a valid license for that specific product are required to create posts, reply, and apply available support tags. Staff-only moderated tags remain restricted.
Announcements & release notes
📢︱announcements and all three 📢︱release-notes channels are always read only for members. Having a license does not grant posting access to these channels.
Each license is independent. MailboxGUI Premium, DiscBridge Premium, and MailboxGUI Resource Pack unlock their own customer roles only. You can hold multiple roles on the same Discord account. The resource pack does not include a MailboxGUI Premium plugin license.

Unlock your product’s customer role
Link a Purchase, Then Link Discord
Sign in and verify your email
Use your ImagineCraft Plugins account. Website purchases must be completed and verified before their licenses qualify. Authorized giveaways and completed $0.00 coupon checkouts also provide the matching product’s license and support access.
Confirm the correct product license
Open Purchases & Licenses. Website purchases are attached to the account used at checkout. A marketplace purchase, such as SpigotMC, must first be linked to this website account through the supported purchase-verification process; owning a marketplace download alone does not assign a Discord role.
Marketplace linking is available only when that product’s verification is enabled. The Purchases page shows its readiness and instructions. If linking is unavailable or your purchase needs review, ask in 🔑︱license-support. A pending or unverified claim does not grant support posting access. The resource pack is sold only on this website; no marketplace-linking step is needed for it.
Join the server and connect Discord
Join the support Discord, then open Discord Linking. Link your Discord account for each licensed product you want support for. The website synchronizes the matching customer role, allowing you to post and reply in that product’s forum.
Check your access
The Discord Linking page shows your linked account, license eligibility, and role synchronization status. Use Check Access or Retry Synchronization if the role has not synchronized. Make sure you joined the server using the same Discord account. If it still fails, ask in license support rather than purchasing again.
Matching editions are required for the plugins: MailboxGUI Free pairs with DiscBridge Free; MailboxGUI Premium pairs with DiscBridge Premium. DiscBridge is an optional addon. If you use it with MailboxGUI Premium, buy its Premium license separately.
Refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalid licenses do not qualify for licensed forum posting access. Unlinking Discord removes the managed product access from that Discord account. If you switch accounts, relink and check synchronization for each product.
Get Useful Help Faster
Start in the correct support forum and describe what you expected, what happened, your plugin edition and version, your Minecraft/server version, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Include relevant errors or configuration excerpts with secrets removed. Use available tags to organize your post.
Keep general discussion and plugin discussion for conversation—not troubleshooting requests. For payment or account issues, use license support and arrange private evidence with staff. All channels are viewable, so do not publish sensitive information.
