This agreement applies to plugin purchases, licenses, downloads, and related website services for premium plugins including MailboxGUI Premium, MailboxGUI-DiscBridge Premium, and future premium products.
Do not purchase, request verification, or download unless you agree to these terms. Premium plugin access is limited to the verified user/account/server owner and does not allow redistribution, leaking, reselling, or unauthorized sharing.
This disclosure applies across my ImagineCraft projects: MailboxGUI, MailboxGUI-DiscBridge, MailboxGUI Resource Pack, and NobleSteeds. I use AI as a supporting tool while personally directing development and remaining responsible for the work.
AI assisted with code completion, programming education, debugging suggestions, and recommendations for implementation. I personally review the code and test my plugins in game for compatibility and functionality.
AI also suggested improvements to player-facing text and feature explanations to make them clearer and easier to understand. This involved refining wording and providing suggestions rather than generating the complete text. The MailboxGUI name was not suggested by AI; it is a name I came up with for my plugin's branding.

I put a great deal of time, effort, and dedication into developing, testing, and improving my plugins so they function properly. I actively maintain and fully support my plugins and resource packs, including help with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and bug reports. AI assistance does not replace my personal commitment to development, quality, or helping server owners.

By obtaining or using a product, you agree to its applicable product license as well as this agreement. Read the Product Licenses for MailboxGUI Free and Premium, MailboxGUI-DiscBridge Free and Premium, MailboxGUI Resource Pack, and NobleSteeds. The product license governs product-use permissions; this agreement governs purchases, account access, and website services.
Commercial and monetized Minecraft server use is permitted. Reselling or redistributing the products themselves is not permitted except for expressly authorized public API integration, licensed server resource-pack delivery, written permission, or the conditional legacy-release provision. Existing rights and applicable third-party terms are preserved.
A purchase or verified license grants limited use of the plugin. It does not transfer ownership of source code, branding, assets, names, documentation, or other intellectual property. The license is for the purchasing user, account, or server owner.
Do not upload plugin JARs to public sites, file hosts, Discord servers, GitHub, forums, resource mirrors, or private resale groups. Do not share premium files with users who have not purchased or been granted access, repackage the plugin under another name, claim authorship, or include it in paid server setups, plugin bundles, or resale packages without written permission.
Private source repositories are not included in a purchase. Where source is lawfully provided, inspection and private modifications follow its applicable product license; previously granted permissions are preserved. Do not use modifications to bypass licensing, ownership, Premium checks, or edition restrictions. Public API-only code may be used and embedded in other plugin integrations as permitted by the product license. Normal configuration changes are allowed.
Free editions may have limited features. MailboxGUI Premium and MailboxGUI-DiscBridge Premium features are available only to valid license holders for each corresponding product. Users may not bypass edition restrictions, premium checks, or disabled features.
The MailboxGUI Resource Pack is a separate paid companion product. One purchase grants access to resource-pack bundles for both MailboxGUI Free Edition and MailboxGUI Premium Edition, all published resource-pack versions, and support for future releases. The current pack includes 95 custom models for Free Edition and 122 for Premium Edition. “Free Edition” describes the compatible plugin edition; it does not mean the resource-pack bundle is free.
This license covers the resource-pack bundles only. It does not include or grant a MailboxGUI Premium plugin license. To use MailboxGUI Premium or its Premium features, you must separately purchase or hold a valid MailboxGUI Premium license. Choose a pack release that supports your installed plugin edition, plugin version, and Minecraft version, and follow its included installation instructions.
Licensed server owners may merge the assets into their own server resource pack, adapt included configuration files, and deliver the required assets to their players through normal server resource-pack delivery. This does not permit standalone asset redistribution, resale, or sharing the complete purchased bundle. Read the full resource-pack license.
Website account information and submitted purchase details must be accurate. False purchase claims, fraudulent payment information, or attempts to obtain access without a valid purchase may be rejected and may result in revocation.
Website license and download access may be revoked for redistribution, leaked premium files, reselling, fraudulent purchase claims, chargebacks, disputes, attempts to bypass licensing or features, or other agreement violations.
If payments are processed by PayPal or another authorized platform, refunds and disputes follow that platform's rules. Website license status may be updated based on payment status, disputes, chargebacks, or reversals.
Plugin and resource-pack purchases are final after the purchased product has been delivered through a download, except where applicable law or payment-platform rules require otherwise. Requests for an exception can be sent to rismr1@imagine-craft.net. Download delivery records may be used as evidence when responding to disputes. This policy does not prevent a buyer from opening a PayPal dispute or a card chargeback. Confirmed payment refunds or reversals revoke the affected website license and future download access.
Promotional offers may apply to a specific product or require multiple eligible products to be purchased together. Eligibility, discount amounts, and availability depend on the offer provided to you. The cart shows the applicable discount and final item prices before checkout.
Coupon codes do not apply until you are logged in to your website account and your email address is verified.
Coupon offers may limit redemptions per account, browser, or verified payment-provider account. A secure first-party browser cookie helps enforce browser limits across logout and IP/VPN changes. IP addresses are supplementary abuse signals; sharing an IP does not by itself make customers ineligible. Any total-use limit is enforced at checkout; applying a coupon does not guarantee that a remaining redemption will still be available.
If a valid coupon reduces your entire cart to $0.00, no payment is required. Completing checkout grants the licenses for the products listed in that order, including their download and support access. A resource-pack license still does not grant MailboxGUI Premium or DiscBridge Premium.
Coupon codes must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before the purchase is completed. Customers are responsible for confirming that the intended discount appears in the cart and order total before submitting payment. A completed purchase will not be refunded, repriced, credited, exchanged, or otherwise adjusted because a coupon code was omitted, entered incorrectly, invalid, expired, or not successfully applied. Except where required by applicable law or payment-platform rules, plugin sales are final.
Plugin updates may change features, configuration, permissions, commands, or compatibility. Compatibility is provided according to documented supported versions only. No guarantee is made for unsupported server software, heavily modified forks, or conflicting plugins.
Server owners are responsible for testing plugin updates on staging servers, maintaining backups of worlds, databases, plugin folders, and configuration files, and correctly setting permissions, economy systems, databases, and dependencies.
Pro network features require correct Redis, MySQL, server ID, and backend setup where applicable. Misconfiguration can cause unexpected behavior. Follow the official wiki and test carefully before production use.
No piracy, leaking, bypassing, reselling, license sharing, false claims, abuse, harassment, spam, chargebacks, fraud, or attempts to damage the service.
This agreement and product licenses may be revised with version identifiers, effective dates, and appropriate notice or renewed acceptance for material changes. Published product-license revisions remain available in their history. New terms do not silently rewrite existing purchases or withdraw permissions already granted for earlier copies.
